Anheuser-Busch came to Huge with a challenging brand problem: how do we create a unified, robust and modern employer brand experience across all of AB—from prospective candidate to candidate to employee? Beyond its world-class beer brands, AB wants to be recognized for its own innovation, creativity and impact on the world. Together, we developed an employer brand platform that drives differentiation and consideration.

The connecting campaign idea "We Are All Brewers," encompasses AB's brand values and brings them to life. "We Are All Brewers" builds a foundation for AB as an employer brand that spans across internal and external communications.

The engagement supports everything from corporate brand reputation and branded materials to a 4-part film series showcasing key aspects of AB's core values and culture.
